Cancelation Policy

2024 IWF Austria Celebration Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted to IWF Registration via email to office@iwf-austria.org within the time periods noted below.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the registration date will be refunded 100% of the payment, minus a 3% credit card processing fee. For cancellation requests made after this timeframe will be subject to the cancellation policies listed below.

• Cancellations received by February 15, 2024 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 15% of total registration payment received.
• Cancellations received between February 16 and March 1, 2024 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total registration payment received.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations received March 2, 2024 and later. However, the registration is transferable to another IWF Member or guest to attend the 2024 Celebration. The cancelling registrant has the responsibility to find a transferee, and must notify IWF Austria of the transfer prior to the Celebration opening.

Should a registrant test positive for COVID-19 between February 16 – March 14, 2024 and share proof of the positive test, their registration would be refunded 100% of the fees paid minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
